LUYI Delivery Picture

Recently, the brand-new three-axle 26,000-liter carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer has completed the welding of the tank body, the comprehensive safety performance testing and the overall vehicle debugging. It is now fully prepared and will be dispatched to Mali. This oil tank trailer is equipped with eight independent compartmentalized tank bodies, specifically designed for the transportation of refined oil products such as gasoline and diesel, as well as non-corrosive liquid raw materials. It is suitable for long-distance hazardous material transportation scenarios in Mali, such as intermediate transfer at oil depots, urban and rural fuel distribution, and fuel supply to mining areas. It provides a one-stop solution to meet the multi-category oil transportation needs of local fuel logistics enterprises.
What kind of transportation equipment can handle the separate transportation of multiple oil products while also adapting to the long-distance freight transportation environment in Mali, which is characterized by high temperatures and bumpy roads? This three-axle oil tank trailer focused on the West African fuel logistics market during the development stage and was manufactured in accordance with international safety standards for hazardous material transportation vehicles. Compared with a single-warehouse oil tank, the eight-compartmentalized structure can simultaneously transport various oil products without the need for multiple round trips; even when fully loaded and traveling on sandy and rural roads for a long time, the vehicle's driving stability remains outstanding, effectively avoiding the risk of vehicle control loss caused by liquid shaking and reducing the risks of oil leakage and vehicle breakdown and shutdown.

The entire tank body is made of thickened carbon steel plates and is formed as a whole through a fully automatic circumferential welding process. The eight separate compartments of the tank body are the core feature of this oil tanker trailer. The thick carbon steel material combined with the seamless welding process ensures excellent pressure resistance, anti-seepage, and corrosion resistance of the tank body. For the local fuel transportation fleet in Mali, a single trailer can hold multiple types of refined oil products, significantly reducing the frequency of vehicle trips and significantly reducing the overall expenses for fuel consumption, personnel dispatch, and vehicle maintenance over the long term.
The driving system of the trailer is equipped with a three-axle dual-tire balanced axle assembly. Each set of axle has undergone heavy-load bearing impact tests, and is equipped with a heavy-load steel plate suspension structure. The design team optimized the force distribution logic of the entire vehicle, with the tank body's weight evenly distributed to the three sets of axles and tires when fully loaded with fuel. This directly avoids the deformation of the axles and excessive wear of the tires caused by local heavy pressure, and relies on the multi-axle balanced load-bearing structure to directly extend the service life of the entire set of driving components, reducing the additional cost of frequent replacement of parts for customers.

The tank body's load-bearing frame adopts an integrated load-bearing frame combined with a horizontal tank layout. This load-bearing structure is the key to ensuring the safety of hazardous material transportation. The horizontal tank effectively lowers the center of gravity of the entire vehicle, significantly reducing the risk of rollover during heavy-load turns or steep slope driving; the eight independent partitions can suppress the liquid surging and impact during the transportation of oil products, reducing the stress loss caused by continuous oscillation of the frame, and even during long-term full-load transportation, the welding position between the frame and the tank is not prone to cracking or leakage.
The entire machine is equipped with a complete set of hazardous material safety protection components and multiple-channel discharge pipelines at the bottom. It is also equipped with a complete set of safety accessories such as manhole covers, overflow protection valves, fire extinguishers, and emergency tire brackets. The valve bodies and pipelines all use high-temperature-resistant sealing components, suitable for the continuous high-temperature and dusty outdoor working environment in Mali. The multiple valves at the bottom can achieve independent loading and unloading of oil products in each compartment, the manhole cover integrates multiple protective functions such as pressure relief and overflow prevention, and the driving braking system has uniform and gentle response; the entire safety supporting system works collaboratively to prevent oil leakage and explosion hazards, ensuring the safety of hazardous material transportation operations of the trailer at all times.

The successful delivery of this three-axis carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer to Mali marks the completion of an important order in our efforts to deeply penetrate the fuel logistics equipment market in West Africa. In the future, we will continue to adapt our vehicle models based on the fuel transportation needs and road conditions of various African countries, and continuously develop compliant oil tank trailer products equipped with a three-axis dual-tire heavy-duty traveling system. We aim to provide safe and durable professional storage and transportation equipment for the oil trunk lines in Mali and other West African countries.
