Two brand-new three-axis U-shaped rear-reversing dump semi-trailers have completed the overall welding, heavy-load pressure testing and a complete set of factory inspections. They are now fully assembled and dispatched to Kenya. This dump trailer is mainly used for transporting sand and gravel, minerals, construction waste, and agricultural bulk materials. It is suitable for short-distance heavy-load scenarios such as mining in Kenyan areas, road construction, and transportation of materials in rural areas. It is a frequently selected transportation vehicle for local engineering logistics.
What kind of dump trailer can withstand the high-intensity continuous operations on African construction sites? These U-shaped dump trailers are specially developed to target the East African infrastructure market and are processed in accordance with the standards for export heavy-load vehicles. Compared with ordinary rectangular dump truck bodies, the U-shaped box has no residual material during unloading and is less likely to get stuck. The U-shaped wear-resistant dump box is the core advantage of this trailer. The high-density steel is combined with a non-stop welding process, which has outstanding anti-impact and wear resistance. The traveling configuration is a three-axle balanced heavy-duty axle. Each axle has passed the extreme full-load pressure test, and is equipped with thickened and widened steel plate suspension. Engineers optimize the force distribution of the entire vehicle. When carrying sand and stones, the weight is evenly distributed among the three sets of tires and axles, completely avoiding axle bending and abnormal tire wear caused by single-point heavy pressure, effectively extending the service life of the entire set of traveling accessories and reducing the later maintenance costs.

The entire vehicle adopts a recessed U-shaped load-bearing and unloading structure, which is a key design that balances transportation safety and unloading efficiency. The arc-shaped bottom of the box has no accumulation, and the materials are quickly unloaded and do not remain during the self-unloading and lifting process. The smooth box body simultaneously lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, significantly reducing the risk of rollover when the vehicle is heavily loaded and climbing slopes or turning. The evenly distributed load pressure also alleviates the local stress loss of the frame, and the frame is less likely to deform or crack under long-term full-load operation.
Every tipper comes with a high-output hydraulic lifting set and one-piece rear locking hardware. All cylinders and hoses are built to stand heat and dust, matching Kenya’s dry, dusty construction zones perfectly.It lifts loads steadily and with strong force, while the lock keeps the dump body tightly fastened on the move to avoid accidental tipping. We fit thick deep-tread heavy-duty tires that handle local dirt and gravel tracks well. All these supporting parts work together to keep the trailer running reliably through long, tough work shifts.
