The flat base plate effectively lowers the center of gravity of the vehicle, and during heavy-load turns and steep slopes, the safety factor of rollover is significantly improved. The evenly distributed load-bearing load also reduces local stress wear on the frame, and long-term full-load transportation is less likely to cause frame cracking or base plate depression.
Each trailer is equipped with a complete pneumatic braking system and a mechanical side panel locking component. The air reservoir and brake valve body all use high-temperature-resistant and sand erosion-resistant components, suitable for the outdoor operation environment in Guinea with high temperatures, heavy dust, and rainy season muddy conditions. The braking reaction is smooth and balanced, and the locking component firmly fixes the side panels to prevent the side panels from loosening and the goods from scattering during driving. Combined with deep-patterned heavy-duty wear-resistant tires, it is suitable for alternating traffic conditions on local dirt roads and gravel roads. The entire set of supporting systems work together to provide protection, ensuring that the trailer can carry out freight operations continuously and stably throughout the day.
