LUYI Delivery Picture

Recently, the new four-axle low flatbed semi-trailer of the LUYI brand completed the entire production assembly and factory quality inspection and debugging process. It is now fully prepared and dispatched to Kenya. This trailer is built to haul oversized, heavy cargo such as construction machinery, mine gear and large steel frames. It works perfectly for long haul heavy loads across Kenya’s mine sites, road build zones and job sites.
We built this lowbed fully to heavy-duty export specs tailored for Africa, with every production step following strict assembly line rules to match East Africa’s tough hauling needs. Unlike regular flatbed trailers, we tweaked its build to handle bumpy dirt roads and fully loaded long trips. It runs far more steadily and cuts down unexpected breakdowns common on rough mine and construction routes.

The main body of the trailer is made of thickened high-strength manganese steel, and is formed through an automated submerged arc welding process throughout the production. The high-capacity frame constitutes the core load-bearing foundation of the entire vehicle. The use of high-quality materials and precise welding techniques, along with outstanding torsional and impact resistance, make it outstanding. For Kenyan logistics fleets, one trailer can cover most of the heavy cargo transportation tasks, and long-term operation can significantly reduce additional costs such as transportation and maintenance.
The core walking configuration consists of four sets of balanced heavy-load axle units. Each axle has undergone extreme pressure testing and is equipped with thickened steel plate suspension assemblies. The structure has optimized the logic of weight distribution, evenly distributing the full-load weight to each tire and the frame, completely avoiding axle bending and tire blowout problems caused by single-point heavy pressure, and directly extending the service life of the entire walking components.

The entire vehicle adopts a recessed low cargo platform structure, which is a key design advantage for heavy-load large-item transportation. The lower platform facilitates the self-loading and unloading of construction machinery without the need for additional ramps; at the same time, it lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, significantly increasing the safety factor of rollover during curves and steep slopes. The evenly distributed load pressure also reduces local wear on the frame, making it less prone to cracking or deformation during long-term heavy-load operation.
This lowbed comes with a full air brake setup and hydraulic support legs for steady parking. All valves and air tanks use parts built to block dust and stand up to hot weather, perfectly fitting Kenya’s outdoor worksites. Its brakes kick in fast and evenly, while the hydraulic legs hold the whole trailer steady when loading or unloading heavy gear. Thick, tough heavy-load tires handle Kenya’s mix of paved and rough dirt roads. All these supporting parts work as one to keep the trailer running reliably even under constant heavy workloads.

This delivery is an important step for the LUYI brand to expand the heavy-load logistics market in East Africa. In the future, we will continue to customize models based on the road conditions of various countries and continuously output trailer equipment with the advantage of wear-resistant heavy-load structure, helping to promote the development of infrastructure and mining transportation in Africa.
