We finished building this tailor-made 3-axle rear tipper semi-trailer for our Tanzania buyer and ran thorough factory checks beforehand. Right now it’s being lifted onto the ship at the dock. This U-type dump trailer works great for hauling bulk materials; it has standard overall measurements and a 10.5-ton rated load, well suited to local freight transport work.
We constructed the chassis with a thick, tough heavy-duty frame, assembled via automatic submerged arc welding methods. This setup keeps the framework steady, supports heavy weights well, and extends the trailer’s working life. We selected properly thick steel sheets for all body sections, so the rig stays strong structurally while remaining functional for regular use.

We apply professional baking paint and powder spraying surface treatment for the whole trailer to realize excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. Complete supporting accessories including spare tire rack, tool boxes and ABS system are equipped to boost overall driving safety and daily convenience.
It is fitted with three LUYI brand axles with 13-ton single axle load for stable and wear-resistant bearing. Paired with high-end air suspension with liftable first axle, it brings superior shock absorption and reduces cargo wear during transit. Triangle brand tires together with lightweight anti-corrosion aluminum rims further upgrade driving performance.

Equipped with standard 90/50 kingpin to fit most local tractors, plus heavy 28-ton support legs for stable parking support. A complete dedicated hydraulic tank system enables steady, easy lifting and rear tipping unloading operation. The standard 24V circuit system contains full sets of cables, harnesses and signal lamps, with neat wiring and complete warning lighting for road compliance.
