LUYI Delivery Picture
Recently, all three new six-axis telescopic container flatbed semi-trailers have completed the entire vehicle assembly, comprehensive performance inspection and factory debugging. They have been uniformly assembled and dispatched to Congo. This special flatbed trailer caters to the transportation needs of standard containers, ultra-long pipes, and large components, and perfectly fits various scenarios such as container distribution in Congo ports, material transportation in mining areas, and long-distance transportation of construction materials in urban and rural areas. It can meet the one-stop transportation needs of local logistics enterprises for both long and short distances.
What kind of trailer can handle both container and ultra-long cargo transportation and also withstand the complex road conditions in Congo? These three trailers were designed from the very beginning to target the cross-border heavy-load logistics market in Central Africa and were strictly produced and processed in accordance with export vehicle standards. Compared with traditional fixed flatbed trailers, it has completed special upgrades for the transportation of ultra-long and irregular goods. Even when constantly driving on bumpy rural dirt roads and long-distance driving with full loads, the vehicle's running state remains stable, effectively reducing the probability of cargo damage and vehicle breakdowns.
The entire main beam of the vehicle is made of thickened high-strength alloy plates, and the body is reinforced using a fully automatic submerged arc welding integrated forming process. The retractable and expandable main beam is the core feature of this trailer. The solid raw materials combined with seamless welding technology give the body outstanding resistance to twisting and heavy pressure. For local logistics fleets in Congo, three trailers can flexibly handle both container and oversized cargo transportation without having to purchase multiple transportation equipment separately, which can significantly reduce the overall operating costs of the fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and fuel expenses.
The core of the trailer's movement is equipped with six sets of balanced load-bearing axle assemblies. Each set of axle has passed extreme heavy-load pressure testing, and is equipped with thickened and widened heavy-load steel plate suspensions. Engineers have re-optimized the force distribution structure of the entire vehicle. During full-load operation, the weight is evenly distributed to six sets of tires and axles, completely avoiding axle bending and excessive tire wear caused by single-point heavy pressure, and extending the service life of the entire set of moving components at the structural level, reducing the cost of frequent replacement of components.
The supporting platform adopts a scalable and retractable supporting structure, which is a key design for accommodating various types of cargo transportation. When extended outward, it can support extremely long steel pipes and large engineering equipment. When the telescopic section is retracted, it can smoothly load standard containers, allowing for flexible switching of transportation categories. The telescopic structure also lowers the center of gravity of the entire vehicle, significantly enhancing the safety factor in case of rollover during heavy-load turns or steep slopes. The evenly distributed load pressure also reduces local stress loss of the main beam, and the frame is less likely to crack or deform under long-term full-load operation.
Every trailer comes with reliable air brakes and mechanical twist locks to secure shipping containers. All air tanks and brake valves are made to stand high heat and dust, perfect for Congo’s rough outdoor job sites.Brakes kick in smoothly and evenly, while the locks hold containers tight so they won’t shift or fall mid-transit.We fit heavy-duty mixed-tread tires that handle both paved roads and rough dirt tracks locally. All these supporting parts work as a whole to keep the trailer running reliably during long daily shifts.
This shipment of three six-axle extendable container flatbed trailers bound for Congo marks another win as we expand our heavy transport machinery business across Central Africa.Moving forward, we will keep adjusting our trailer designs to fit local road conditions and hauling needs all over Africa. We will keep rolling out versatile trailers built with balanced multi-axle load structures, delivering tough, dependable transport solutions for cross-border shipping and construction supply runs in Congo and neighboring nations.
