Our important partner in West Africa, our dear friend, has traveled thousands of miles from Guinea to come here. The client has specially arrived at our factory for a site visit. The main purpose of this visit is to conduct a comprehensive on-site verification of the semi-trailers we are manufacturing for them, covering aspects such as raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and production management.

During the several-day visit, accompanied by our technical and management teams, we went deep into the production line and witnessed the entire process of the semi-trailer's birth from raw materials to the complete vehicle.
Material and cutting process:

In the raw material warehouse and cutting workshop, the customer focused on viewing the 8-millimeter-thick high-strength steel used for the main beam manufacturing.
Core structure manufacturing process:

In the welding workshop, the focus was on the core load-bearing structure of the frame beam. The fully automatic robot submerged arc welding system we adopted attracted the customer's great interest. The technicians explained that this process has significant advantages over traditional manual arc welding, such as larger weld penetration, uniform and beautiful weld formation, small heat affected zone, and easier control of welding deformation. After each main weld seam was completed, it underwent strict ultrasonic non-destructive testing and the test reports were archived to ensure no defects in the internal quality, thereby guaranteeing the vehicle's load-bearing safety and service life from the source.
Surface treatment and painting process:

In view of the special environment in Guinea, which is hot, humid, and subject to coastal salt and alkali corrosion, the painting process was another key point of concern for the customer. The customer visited the standardized painting workshop equipped with an independent air purification system. We adopted a three-layer protection system and specially raised the total thickness of the paint film to the industry's higher standard. This can effectively resist the erosion of the harsh environment on the vehicle body.
Chassis assembly and walking mechanism assembly:

On the assembly line, the customer carefully observed the assembly process of the axle, suspension, braking and electrical systems. To adapt to the complex and variable road conditions in Africa, the customer-customized model we provided adopted several enhanced designs: including thickened suspension brackets and connecting pieces, strengthened axle suitable for heavy loads, large-sized brake drums, and 12R22.5 specification tires. These targeted improvements aim to enhance the vehicle's passability, load-bearing reliability and driving safety on non-paved roads such as mines and construction sites.
Production management and quality assurance system:

Besides the specific processes, the customer also systematically examined our production management system. The clearly visible production plan boards in the workshop, standardized operation instructions, the setting of quality control points for key processes, and the inspection records for each step all presented a well-organized, controllable and traceable modern manufacturing site to the customer. The customer particularly noticed that our own high-power generator sets can ensure the continuous operation of key equipment in the event of a power outage, which gave them greater confidence in the timely delivery of orders.

After the on-site inspection, a special meeting was held between the two parties.  He particularly appreciated that our company was able to effectively optimize materials, processes, and designs in accordance with the specific usage environment in West Africa, which demonstrated the sincerity and professional capabilities of the supplier.
The visit of this customer from Guinea was a successful and in-depth factory audit and business communication activity. It not only strengthened the partnership with our existing key customers, but also demonstrated our company's product strength and honest business philosophy in the most direct and powerful way - by allowing the entire manufacturing process to be inspected.
