Accompanied by the company's foreign trade team, technical director, and production supervisor, the client's group conducted a comprehensive, detailed, and rigorous on-site inspection of the factory, including the production workshop, assembly site, finished product storage area, and quality control area. With excellent product quality, standardized production processes, and professional service capabilities, the client expressed their high-level recognition on the spot and successfully signed a purchase contract for flatbed semi-trailers, establishing a long-term cooperation intention.
After arriving at the factory, the Ghanaian client first listened to an introduction about the company's development history, production scale, overseas market layout, and the research and manufacturing capabilities of special vehicles. Subsequently, the client focused on the flatbed semi-trailer production line, carefully inspecting and asking questions about each process, and frequently taking out their mobile phones to record and compare parameters, showing extremely strict requirements for production details.

In the production workshop, the technicians detailedly introduced the core configuration and detailed advantages of the export special flatbed semi-trailers to the Ghanaian client. They made multiple optimizations based on local road conditions, load requirements, and climate environment:
The vehicle frame is made of high-strength national standard alloy steel, and the main beam adopts an integrated bending and fully automatic welding process. The weld seams are uniform, full, and firm, without cracking, and have stronger overall load-bearing performance, making it less likely to deform or break under heavy loads, and fully meeting the transportation needs of construction materials, machinery, daily goods, and containers in Ghana.
The flatbed surface uses a thick anti-slip patterned board, with high flatness, wear resistance, and pressure resistance. The goods are placed more stably and less likely to slide, effectively improving transportation safety. Under the bottom of the surface, multiple reinforcing load-bearing beams are installed, with reasonable spacing and uniform force distribution, providing better pressure resistance when carrying heavy goods, and adapting to complex road conditions such as potholes, slopes, and rural roads.
The axle is selected as a brand heavy-duty axle, with large bearing capacity, fast heat dissipation, and low failure rate, suitable for long-distance transportation and continuous operation. The suspension system uses reinforced steel plate springs, with good shock absorption effect and strong anti-bump ability, making the vehicle and goods more stable when driving on non-paved roads in Ghana, and effectively protecting the vehicle and goods.
In response to the characteristics of high temperatures, heavy rainfall, and humid air in Ghana, the vehicle's entire body undergoes strict sandblasting rust removal, multiple layers of primer + topcoat anti-corrosion treatment, with thick and shiny paint surface, strong adhesion, and protection against sun exposure, rust, and corrosion, making it less likely to peel off the paint, rust, or corrode over a long period of use, and significantly extending the vehicle's service life.
The lighting circuit adopts waterproof sealing design, with well-protected connectors, and does not short-circuit or leak electricity in rainy weather; the braking system is stable and reliable, with a reasonable airway layout, sensitive braking, and high safety coefficient; the legs, traction pins, guardrails, and ladders are all made of thickened and reinforced models, sturdy and durable, providing more use.

At the finished product display area， the client personally boarded the flatbed semi-trailer to inspect the flatbed surface flatness， welding details，tire configuration，lighting functions，hydraulic legs，etc.，and conducted on-site tests of vehicle stability and operational convenience. Facing the well-made，thickly made，and well-detailed flatbed semi-trailers，the Ghanaian client frequently nodded in praise，expressing great satisfaction with the vehicle's load capacity，durability，and safety.
