Our African customers had already communicated with our slimming personnel about the schedule in advance and came specially to our semi-trailer production factory for on-site inspection and cooperation discussions. During this visit, the customers focused on aspects such as the production process of semi-trailers, product quality, after-sales guarantee, and supply cycle, and had in-depth conversations with our relevant managers and technicians. They aimed to understand the factory situation and strengthen trust for future cooperation.

After receiving the notice that the customers were coming to the factory, we all made thorough preparations in advance: I left a good impression on them, we cleaned the production workshop site, arranged production materials and semi-finished products in a standardized manner, debugged various production equipment, and sorted out relevant materials such as product inspection reports and past cooperation cases. After the customers arrived, our sales staff accompanied them throughout the process, visiting the semi-trailer production workshop, component storage area, finished product parking area, and inspection stations to inspect each production step in person.
At our finished product parking area, the customers focused on inspecting 2 box-type semi-trailers and 1 flatbed semi-trailer. They personally boarded the vehicles to check the cabin structure, tire configuration, touched the painted surface with their hands, and inquired in detail about the vehicle's carrying capacity, maintenance convenience, and daily maintenance. Based on their main business of building materials transportation, they proposed customized requirements. Our technicians immediately calculated the carrying data after thickening the base plate, changes in fuel consumption, and gave specific customized solutions, including material selection, structural adjustment, and project schedule estimation, allowing the customers to clearly understand the customization details and expressed their approval on the spot. Before this visit to our factory by the customers, they had compared 3 semi-trailer factories. After the on-site inspection, they had a more intuitive recognition of our production strength and customization capabilities.
After the on-site inspection, both parties held practical negotiations in the factory conference room. They discussed details such as the purchase price, delivery time, and payment method for the first batch of 3 customized semi-trailers, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.
