Two 45-cubic-meter oil tank semi-trailers have completed all production assembly and multiple rounds of factory quality inspections. They have now been wrapped with tarpaulins and loaded onto the vehicles, and are about to set off for Zambia. These tank transportation equipment are mainly used for long-distance transportation of liquid oil products and can adapt to various road conditions in Zambia, such as mining area roads and intercity mainlines, providing stable and reliable liquid material transportation solutions for local energy logistics projects.

The entire vehicle strictly follows the export-specific manufacturing standards for production. Every process from the welding of the tank body to the assembly of accessories has been verified. The product is specially designed for long-distance oil transportation scenarios in Africa. What makes it able to operate stably in complex and variable outdoor conditions? The vehicle design takes into account both transportation safety and continuous operation capabilities from the very beginning. Even when performing uninterrupted transfer tasks for a long time, it can maintain a stable working state and match the high-intensity oil transportation demands of customers.

The tank body, as the core component of the 45-cubic-meter oil tank semi-trailer, is equipped with multiple anti-wave partitions inside. This built-in partition structure can weaken the impact force generated by the vehicle's jolting during transportation, suppress the shaking of the oil inside the tank, and prevent significant shifts in the center of gravity. When turning, driving on long downhill sections, or traveling on bumpy roads, it can effectively maintain the stability of the entire vehicle and significantly improve the safety level of liquid cargo transportation.

The three-axle reinforced load-bearing structure has been specially optimized. The three axles can evenly distribute the vehicle's weight under full load conditions. When the vehicle travels on poorly paved non-paved sections, the balanced load distribution can reduce the torsional impact force on the frame, improve the safety coefficient of heavy-load driving, and at the same time slow down the wear and aging of vulnerable parts such as axles, tires, and leaf springs, extending the service life of components.
The vehicle is equipped with a complete set of independent dual-loop braking systems and safety protection accessories. The entire supporting system collaboratively safeguards the vehicle's operational safety. The braking system can output continuous and reliable braking force on long downhill sections, reducing the risk of overheating and failure of braking components; the accompanying safety valve and oil discharge pipeline protection device can avoid leakage hazards during oil loading and unloading, providing comprehensive protection for the tank body and the entire vehicle structure, and ensuring the safe operation of the equipment in various transportation conditions.
