The vehicle tank is made of high-quality carbon steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel, with a tank volume of 5 cubic meters or more. The tank head adopts an integrated die-casting process, with excellent overall sealing performance, preventing the leakage of sewage and contaminants and avoiding odor emissions. The unloading method adopts a double-top hydraulic self-unloading design, combined with the fully automatic hydraulic opening function of the tank rear cover. No manual cumbersome operations are required. The sludge, sewage and debris in the tank can be directly unloaded through the rear cover, the unloading is clean and thorough, the operation is efficient and time-saving, effectively reducing the labor intensity of manual work, and is suitable for large-scale, high-frequency sewage removal tasks. At the same time, the tank is equipped with a thickened sewage observation pipe and a dedicated feces window, which can monitor the storage status of sewage in the tank in real time, facilitating precise control of the operation progress; the standard design of the on-board handwashing device meets the daily cleaning needs of sanitation workers, with detailed humanization features.
2. High-quality hydraulic system, stable operation, convenient operation
The vehicle is equipped with a high-quality complete hydraulic system, featuring a 10T thickened hydraulic oil pump, with strong power output, stable operation, and low failure rate. The entire hydraulic system can stably achieve hydraulic lifting and unloading of the tank, as well as the fully automatic hydraulic opening of the rear door. The lifting and opening are smooth and easy to operate. The transmission part adopts a power take-off + transmission shaft combined transmission structure, with uniform and stable power transmission, providing reliable power support for the vehicle's hydraulic operation and suction operation, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The core operation unit is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump, with large suction negative pressure, strong power, fast water and sewage suction speed, capable of quickly completing the suction and removal of deep well sewage, accumulated sludge, pipeline debris, and septic tank waste. The operation efficiency far exceeds that of ordinary sanitation equipment. To ensure the safe operation of the equipment, the vehicle is equipped with professional safety protection accessories, including vacuum pressure gauges, water and oil separators, and overflow valves, which can monitor the pressure in the tank, effectively prevent oil and water impurities, prevent sludge backflow, and avoid overflow problems, protecting the core pump and pipeline equipment from the source and reducing the failure probability.
The vehicle is equipped with an 8-meter extended dedicated suction pipe, with a wide operation coverage, suitable for deep wells, deep pits, underground pipelines, and remote corners that conventional equipment cannot reach, with extremely strong scene adaptability, meeting the cleaning and removal requirements in complex conditions.
4. Complete integrated structure, vehicle compliance, maintenance convenient The dedicated functions of the entire vehicle are designed in an integrated and unified manner. They consist of components such as the power take-off device, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic system, pipeline network system, vacuum pressure gauge, feces viewing window, and on-board hand-washing device, all of which are structurally complete and well-matched.
