Custom-engineered to suit Nigeria’s road conditions and heavy-load oversized cargo transportation requirements, the delivered 10-axle extendable lowbed semi-trailers feature classic gentian blue paint finish. With overall dimension of 21500×3000+250+250×H and a standard 3-meter extendable structure, the cargo platform can be flexibly lengthened according to cargo sizes to accommodate extra-long and extra-wide construction machinery and heavy equipment. Boasting a rated payload of 100 tons, the trailers are perfectly suited for oversized freight haulage in Nigeria’s mining and infrastructure construction projects.

I. Robust Main Beam Structure for Superior Load-Bearing Capacity
The main longitudinal beams are precision welded with high-strength steel plates: the top flange plate is 18mm thick, bottom flange plate 20mm thick and intermediate web plate 12mm thick. Custom thickened steel plates are adopted for the top/bottom flanges and intermediate web of the extension beams, with extra reinforcement on bottom flanges to effectively resist structural deformation under heavy loads from the source of frame design.
The main frame is fitted with an assembled 90# loose kingpin, and the fifth-wheel plate is set at a 1.3-meter height from ground. A 4mm patterned anti-slip steel floor covers the platform; main cross members and inclined cross members are all custom bent components. The side door frame is tailor-designed with each door widened by 250mm via side pull square tube extension structure. Equipped with 12 standard locking fasteners and double-spring mechanical loading ladder, the trailer enables self-driving loading/unloading of construction machinery with outstanding practicality.

II. Combined Multi-Axle Suspension for Reliable Running on Rough Roads
The running gear features a 10-axle hybrid suspension configuration: 6 axles with air suspension plus 4 axles with mechanical suspension, among which six axles are liftable. Lifting idle axles during empty-load travel reduces tire abrasion and fuel consumption, making the trailers adaptable to rough unpaved rural and urban roadways across Nigeria. The trailer is equipped with ten 11.5T Juxin brand axles fitted with original LUYI axle hub caps; the mechanical suspension is reinforced standard type with leaf spring specification 13×90×10/8 sets.
Fitted with 40 pieces of 245/70R17.5 tires matched with 6.75×40 steel rims, the vehicle is equipped with 20 pairs of Fuwa brake chambers and customized air reservoirs. Factory-fitted linked 28-ton heavy-duty landing gears ensure stable parking support.

III. Comprehensive Auxiliary Fittings for Easy Maintenance & Durable Service
Complete supporting configurations are equipped: a detachable toolbox is installed at the gooseneck for storing spare parts and maintenance tools. Standard fittings include iron protective mesh, OEM full set of vehicle lamps and reflective markings, plus one spare tire carrier (without spare tire). The vehicle adopts factory-standard complete wiring harness, with fire extinguishers installed as required; ABS system is not equipped to comply with Nigeria’s local traffic regulatory standards.
Coated with professional gentian blue paint after thorough rust removal and polishing plus anti-corrosion spraying, the trailer body is resistant to high temperature and humid rainy climate prevalent in Africa, greatly extending outdoor service lifespan.
