Recently, a batch of heavy semi-trailers with eye-catching painted engineering yellow were successfully completed the acceptance and loading at the special vehicle production base in Shandong Province, and were then transported to the port for collection. They were officially dispatched to Ghana. The batch of delivered flatbed semi-trailers will be deployed in local logistics trunk lines, port distribution centers, and large-scale infrastructure projects in Ghana, providing solid equipment support for road transportation, heavy equipment transfer, and import and export freight in Ghana.

With the recent urban expansion, road upgrades, port expansions, and the continuous development of industrial and mining industries in Ghana, the local demand for heavy-duty transport trailers with strong carrying capacity, high road adaptability, corrosion resistance, durability, and simple maintenance has been continuously increasing. Especially in scenarios such as port container turnover, engineering machinery transportation, construction materials and steel transportation, and short-distance transportation within mining areas, higher standards have been set for vehicle structural strength and overall stability. In response to the complex road conditions in West Africa, including high temperatures, heavy rainfall, high air humidity, and numerous potholes, the yellow flatbed semi-trailers exported to Ghana have undergone targeted customization and upgrading for African working conditions. 

In terms of appearance and anti-corrosion technology, the entire vehicle adopts the industry-standard high-gloss engineering yellow paint finish, which has high recognizability and strong visibility on the construction site, enhancing the safety factor of operations. At the same time, the entire process uses sandblasting for rust removal, multiple layers of anti-rust primer + topcoat technology, eliminating the problems of paint peeling and rusting in coastal salt fog and high-temperature humid environments, significantly extending the service life of the vehicle in harsh African conditions and reducing the customer's later maintenance costs. 

In terms of the core structure configuration, this batch of flatbed semi-trailers adopts thickened main beams and a continuous beam structure. The overall rigidity is strong and the anti-twisting performance is excellent. It can long-term carry heavy steel materials, large engineering equipment, standard containers and other heavy-load goods. All key stressed parts of the frame are welded with reinforcement technology, and the weld seams are full and uniform. Through multiple non-destructive testing, cracking and deformation under heavy-load jolting conditions are completely avoided. The plate surface is flat, solid, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, and it is suitable for various cargo fixation and binding methods, meeting the diversified freight demands of Ghana. 

The driving system is equipped with a heavy-duty suspension structure suitable for African muddy roads. It has excellent shock absorption performance and strong pressure and impact resistance, enabling it to easily handle long-term and high-frequency driving on rural dirt roads, gravel roads, and unpaved surfaces. It reduces the wear on the vehicle structure caused by bumps. The axles and braking system both use mature and reliable components. The braking is sensitive and the heat dissipation is stable, making it suitable for long-distance trunk transportation and frequent short-distance operations in West Africa. Its safety and stability have been verified through extensive practical tests in overseas markets.
