Recently, a batch of our high-performance rear-mounted semi-trailers completed the port consolidation, customs declaration and loading operations, and successfully set sail from the domestic port, heading for Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This helped promote the development of local infrastructure and logistics transportation. The exported vehicles, with their core advantages such as high-strength load-bearing, efficient self-unloading, stable and reliable performance, and adaptability to high-temperature environments, have been highly recognized by overseas customers, demonstrating the strong capabilities of Chinese-made special vehicles.

1. High-strength steel structure, worry-free heavy load operation
The frame is made of 16Mn high-strength manganese steel and is formed through a single-piece welding process. The longitudinal beams adopt a through-type design, increasing the load-bearing strength by 40%. The vehicle's center of gravity is as low as 1.3-1.4 meters, providing excellent stability during driving and lifting, effectively avoiding the risk of rollover.
The cargo box features a patented structure with a narrower front and wider rear. It is equipped with a standard capacity of 45 cubic meters (customizable to 65 cubic meters). It can carry 80-100 tons of bulk materials such as sand, stones, minerals, and coal. The box body's plates are thickened and reinforced, and an optional anti-sticking and wear-resistant lining can be installed inside to completely solve the problem of residual wet and sticky materials.
2. Hydraulic lifting, efficient unloading
Equipped with imported double-acting hydraulic cylinders and Haval-level hydraulic system, the lifting time is only 25-32 seconds, and the maximum lifting angle reaches 45°-60°. One-button pneumatic control operation allows the driver to complete the entire process of lifting, dumping and lowering from the driver's cabin. The single loading operation only takes 3-5 minutes, with efficiency far exceeding that of traditional models.
The rear panel adopts a mechanical automatic locking device. During unloading, the locking hook automatically opens, without jamming or material leakage. The hydraulic system is fully sealed to prevent dust and water, suitable for dusty desert environments. The key components have a one-year warranty, and the reliability is at its peak.
3. Chassis reinforcement, universal compatibility
The chassis and suspension system have been heavily reinforced, equipped with SAF high-end air suspension and heavy-duty steel plate suspension, which are suitable for the high temperatures, deserts and long-distance conditions in Dubai. The axle and braking system are designed to withstand high temperatures, and can work stably and continuously at extreme temperatures of 50°C, meeting the strict usage requirements in the Middle East.
The vehicle has strong driving performance, with low requirements for the site, and only a flat site is needed for safe unloading. The modular design makes maintenance and servicing convenient, with a high rate of commonality for wear parts, reducing the cost of overseas use.

The vehicles being dispatched have strictly passed the GCC Gulf certification and local inspection standards in Dubai, and meet the Euro 6b environmental emission requirements.
