The red three-axis rear-reversing dump semi-trailer has been successfully transported to Nigeria
Our factory has dispatched 20 units of the "Red Flame" series of red 3-axis rear-retrieval dump semi-trailers. These vehicles were shipped from Qingdao Port to the Port of Lagos in Nigeria. This batch of vehicles is a "tropical version" model specifically tailored for the high-temperature and high-humidity environment as well as the heavy-load road conditions in West Africa. They will be put into use for local construction materials transportation and infrastructure projects, marking the upgrade of Jining special vehicles from "trade export" to "scenario customization" in the African market.

These vehicles feature thickened high-strength manganese steel beams and a more rust-resistant electro-coating process to cope with the complex road conditions and climate challenges in Nigeria.
Tailoring to West African road conditions
In response to the core demands of Nigerian customers for "durability, pulling capacity, and ease of maintenance", this "Red Flame" series has undergone multiple targeted improvements:
Load-bearing and construction: Adopting a 3-axis 13-meter standard layout, equipped with reinforced Fuhua axle and thickened steel spring, the cargo box floor thickness is upgraded to 8mm, and the side panels are 6mm. They are designed specifically for sand, gravel, and mineral powder.
Corrosion resistance and weather resistance: In response to the high salt content air along the coast and the high temperature inland in West Africa, "anode electrocoating + high-temperature baking paint" dual protection was applied. Key hinges and lifting components are made of stainless steel to delay rusting.
Maintenance-friendly: The hydraulic system uses international standard gear pumps and cylinders, and the electrical interfaces are compatible with European standards and local old vehicle standards, facilitating quick adaptation by the local repair shops in Lagos.
Market insight: Shandong manufacturing seizing the logistics gap in Africa
Nigeria, as the largest economy in Africa, is in an infrastructure boom period, with a continuously strong demand for engineering transportation vehicles.
Delivery outlook: From selling products to providing transportation capacity
It is reported that after this batch of vehicles arrives in Lagos, they will be directly delivered to a medium-sized logistics fleet for sand and gravel transportation from the port to construction sites. Jining Heavy Industry will dispatch a technical team for a two-week on-site training and establish local spare parts inventory to ensure vehicle availability.
